6.3 SONG EDITOR

As mentioned before, the song-editor is used to sequence blocks. For each position individual tracks of the assigned block can be muted.

Blocks start at block 0. Songpositions also start at 0. The current songposition and songlength are shown at the top-right of the tracker menu. For example, '03/10' indicates that the current songposition is 3 and that there are 10 songpositions (numbered 0..9).

To increase/decrease the blocknumber of a songposition, click LMB/RMB on it. To increase/decrease the blocknumber by 10, hold [SHIFT] when clicking LMB/RMB. To mute a track in one of the songpositions, click LMB on the track you want to mute/unmute. To copy the current blocknumber and mute status to the current songposition, click RMB on the track mute status of the current songposition.

To increase the number of songpositions, press the Insert button. This will insert a new position above the current and fills it with the current block and mute status. Holding [SHIFT] when pressing the insert button will insert a copy of the current songposition.

To delete the current songposition, press the Delete button.

To move through the songlist, use the Up button and Down button. Holding [SHIFT] when using these buttons will quickly move through the songlist. Clicking LMB/RMB on the song-position in the tracker menu will also increase/decrease the current song position.
